Warranty & Known Issues

Warranty Terms

Bitset d.o.o. offers a 1-year warranty on ELEMENT electric scooters, with an option to purchase an additional warranty that extends beyond the initial period, up to 3 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Exclusions from the warranty include normal wear and tear, consumables (like tires and batteries, though batteries have a 1-year warranty with a guaranteed 60% remaining capacity), damages from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper charging, and use outside specified temperature ranges. Warranty claims require the product and original invoice. For extended warranty, regular servicing at the 13th and 25th month from purchase is required, costing 20 EUR with VAT.
