Warranty Terms
NAVEE offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by region and component. In the US, main components typically have a 12-month warranty. In Australia, the main body (including battery, motor, controller) has a 2-year warranty, accessories have 6 months, and consumable parts have 3 months. In Germany, ST Series products sold through official channels receive a 3-year warranty. Warranties generally start from the purchase date or delivery date for online orders. Coverage typically includes failures due to product quality issues. Exclusions commonly include damage from unauthorized modifications, improper use, aggressive driving, accidents, neglect, or use for commercial purposes. Regular maintenance at authorized service centers may be a prerequisite for warranty coverage in some regions. Paid repair services are available for issues outside warranty terms.
Known Issues
Users have reported issues such as claimed range being significantly higher than actual range (sometimes 1/3 of advertised), battery charging unreliably or dropping charge unexpectedly at lower percentages, and some models feeling unstable at maximum speeds. Difficulties with tire changes have also been noted.
