Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
SENCOR products come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for common domestic use. To claim service, customers can visit the dealer where the product was bought or an authorized service shop. The warranty requires a receipt, warranty certificate, and installation certificate. The warranty is void if the product was sold with defects, is worn out from common use, damaged by unprofessional installation, misuse, neglect, insufficient maintenance, dirt, force majeure (natural disaster, fire, flood), low signal quality, electromagnetic interference, mechanical damage (e.g., broken button, fall), use of unsuitable media/fillings/supplies (batteries), unsuitable working conditions (e.g., high temperatures, humidity, quakes), or repair/modification by unauthorized personnel. The warranty period is extended by the time the product is under claim.
