Warranty Terms

Cecotec offers a 36-month (3-year) warranty on products purchased in Spain after January 1, 2022. For purchases before this date, the warranty period is 2 years. To manage a warranty claim, customers need to register on the 'CecoCare' portal (support.storececotec.com) or send an email to satintl@cecotec.es. The process typically involves indicating the product fault, providing collection details, and attaching a copy of the invoice.
