The conventional warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, matching the legal warranty. It applies in Italy, Spain, and Portugal to Nilox-branded products. It covers defects from the manufacturing process or materials. Exclusions include installation errors, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized tampering, continued use after a defect appears, external factors not attributable to Esprinet, counterfeit labels, and problems from third-party components.
