Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
Globber provides a warranty against manufacturer's defects for the original owner. The warranty period is generally up to two years from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer, with e-scooter batteries typically covered for one year. For purchases made directly from Globber Scooters USA, the warranty is 90 days. To qualify, proof of purchase and photos of the damaged part and the complete scooter are required. The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, regular wear and tear, and shipping. Wear and tear items such as wheels, handlebar grips, and brakes are not covered. Known Issues
Some users have reported 'rattling and squeaking' on the Globber ONE NL 205 model. The 'lean to turn' steering mechanism on some 3-in-1 scooters can be challenging for some users to maneuver without awkward swinging.
Recall History
In 2025, Globber helmets (Go-Up Toddler In-Shell Helmet XXS/XS 45-51cm and Primo Kids ABS Helmet XS/S 48-53cm) were recalled due to missing button/coin battery warning stickers. The helmets themselves and the battery casings were compliant, but the absence of the warning sticker posed a risk of choking or severe internal burn injuries if children swallowed the batteries. Warning stickers and instructions were mailed to affected customers.
