Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
GYROOR offers a limited warranty covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is 6 months for the battery and 1 year for other parts from the date of invoice. This warranty is only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover man-made damage, water ingress, road hazards, accidents, or improper operation or maintenance. For defective products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with GYROOR replacing the board within 5 days. The original purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the repair facility.
