Warranty Terms

ANYHILL offers a 1-year limited warranty covering major defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser under normal use. The warranty is non-transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair or maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. Consumable parts and normal wear and tear are also excluded. Specific components like button consoles, lights, frames, nuts, and bolts are not covered. All warranty claims must be made through ANYHILL, and proof of purchase may be required. Customers are advised to contact technical support at support@anyhill.com for diagnosis before making a claim. Freight damage claims are time-sensitive and must be reported within 5-10 days of product receipt.

Known Issues

Some users have reported that the UM-2's one-click folding mechanism may not be as effective as advertised. The UM-2 also lacks a suspension system, which can impact ride comfort on bumpy terrain, although pneumatic tires help absorb smaller shocks. The plastic material covering the display screen can scratch easily, and the detachable battery mechanism on the UM-2 has been noted to rattle when not under the rider's weight. Customer service for replacement parts has also been cited as potentially slow or confusing due to language barriers and tracking discrepancies.
