Warranty Terms
CITY BOSS electric scooters typically come with a 2-year warranty on the main components and workmanship, with the battery often having a shorter warranty period, such as 6 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but generally excludes normal wear and tear, including battery capacity degradation or tire wear. The warranty is valid only for scooters purchased from an authorized CITY BOSS dealer and becomes void if the product has been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Claims should be made through the dealer where the scooter was purchased.
Known Issues
Some users have reported that the folding mechanism may loosen over time. Other feedback includes non-smooth acceleration and braking, and weaker front lighting on certain models.
