Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
IENYRID offers a 1-year limited warranty for the original owner, starting from the date of receiving the goods. The frame and motor are covered for one year, while the battery has a 6-month warranty. Other accessories, parts, and vulnerable components are generally not covered. Free repairs must be confirmed with customer service, and the warranty does not apply to the motherboard, battery, or screen in some cases. If a product quality problem arises between 7 days and 12 months, the company provides free accessories and maintenance, with the customer bearing the shipping cost for the repaired item's return. The warranty is void if the item is damaged or misused by the customer.
Known Issues
Some users have reported that cap bolts can strip easily and that some screws may need tightening upon receipt. Additionally, the spring suspension on some models has been described as producing a 'Clickety Clank' sound over bumps and feeling less stable on sharp turns. While an app is available for some models, some users of the M4 Pro S+ noted the absence of an app for features like locking.
