Warranty & Known Issues

Warranty Terms

MOBOT offers a carry-in warranty for purchases made in Singapore, covering manufacturing defects for a specified period (e.g., 6 months for MOBOT e-bikes, 1 year for MOBOT mobility scooters and wheelchairs, 3 months for spare batteries). The warranty excludes transportation fees, aesthetic issues, wear and tear components, consumables, and damages due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or water. This limited warranty is only valid in Singapore and does not cover international orders.

Known Issues

One user reported issues with a MOBOT Orca 3.0 e-bike, citing bad quality and after-sale service. Problems included easily spoiled tires, issues with brakes, pedal assist, and a significant drop in battery mileage after 3400km, which was not resolved after servicing.
