Warranty Terms
Segway-Ninebot's Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal and ordinary use. Exclusions include damage from abuse, misuse, recklessness, negligence, commercial use, improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation not in compliance with instructions, and use not in compliance with applicable laws. Warranty periods typically are: Vehicle Body - 1 year, Other Components - 180 days, Components Subject to Wear (like tires and tubes) - 90 days. Batteries are generally covered for 180 days, provided they are charged at least once every 90 days.
