Warranty Terms
HIBOY offers a 1-year comprehensive warranty for all brand-new electric scooters and e-bikes, covering manufacturing defects for the original owner. The warranty for specific components like the motor and battery is 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, external factors, or natural disasters. Claims must be made through HIBOY by emailing us.support@hiboy.com, providing proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product. HIBOY provides free replacement parts for repair services. The warranty is automatically registered upon purchase from their online shop and applies only to the initial purchaser. For orders fully refunded due to a dispute, the product becomes ineligible for HIBOY services.
