Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
Zinc Sports offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. To validate the warranty, products must be registered at zincsports.com within 30 days of receipt, and proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts (e.g., bearings, brakes, wheels, grip tape, folding mechanisms), cosmetic parts, or loss of parts. Specific components have shorter warranty periods: battery and controller for 3 months, charger and motor for 6 months, and the frame for 12 months. The warranty is void if the product is used outside the recommended age/weight limits, or if purchased second-hand. Corrosion damage due to water contact is also excluded.
