Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
QMWHEEL offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for significant defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser. Key components like the main frame and steering tube are covered for 1 year. The motor, battery, controller, and dashboard have a 6-month warranty. Functional parts such as lights, brakes, electric accelerator, bell, and tires are covered for 3 months. Appearance parts like paint, logo, decoration strip, and foot pad have no warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from buyer modifications, violent use, traffic accidents, natural disasters, water damage (including flooding or soaking), or if the warranty period has expired. Products not purchased from QMWHEEL's official store are also not covered. For repair services, QMWHEEL provides free replacement parts, but accessories are not replaced or compensated for scratches during transportation. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 7 days of product receipt with photo or video proof. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and should be initiated by contacting support@qmwheelscooter.com.
Known Issues
Users have reported issues with the companion app's connectivity and functionality. For the H10 model, some users noted that fender screws tend to wear out and brakes are not very effective. For the H7 model, brakes have been described as 'a bit cheap and tend to wear out easily'.
