Warranty Terms
Street Surfing Worldwide offers a 2-year limited warranty on its products, including electric scooters, covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper assembly, shipping, maintenance, or storage. The warranty is also void if the product is used for non-recreational purposes, modified in any way, or rented. For warranty claims, users must notify customer support with the order number and a description of the malfunction. Street Surfing Worldwide covers the cost of returning items within the warranty period. Upon receipt, a technical verification is performed, and if a lack of conformity is found, the item will be replaced. If misuse or impact/humidity damage is detected, the product will not be covered under warranty.
