Warranty Terms
All MEGAWHEELS electric scooters and LEQISMART products are covered by a 1-year all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects to the original owner. This warranty begins on the purchase date. It does not cover damage caused by human error, normal battery capacity degradation over time, water damage, or general wear and tear. For warranty claims, customers must email support@megawheels.com with proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. The company's preferred method for repair is sending free replacement parts.
