Warranty Terms

LEXGO offers a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for electrical and mechanical components, including the battery and frame, from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the first purchaser and requires prior registration of the e-scooter on www.lexgogogo.com. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and explicitly excludes wear and tear, abuse, damage from non-compliant chargers, and labor costs incurred outside of LEXGO's facility. Claims require proof of purchase and photographic or video evidence of the defect, and should be submitted to support@lexgogogo.com. HappyTec in Italy is an official reseller of spare parts and provides specialized assistance for Lexgo scooters, both in and out of warranty.

Known Issues

Common issues mentioned in the LEXGO Help Center include electric scooter battery charging problems, irregular motor noises, and potential shut-offs on slopes or during slow starts (which is a protection mechanism). The brand advises using original chargers and maintaining proper tire pressure (45-50psi) to prevent issues. While scooters have an IP54 rating for light rain, heavy rain use is not recommended.
