Warranty Terms
SWAGTRON offers a Limited Hardware Warranty covering product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty duration varies, typically 6 to 12 months, as specified on the product's website or quick start guide. Products purchased from e-commerce sites like Amazon or Flipkart may have a 3/6 month warranty. The warranty is generally limited to original purchasers and does not cover re-certified products.
Under the warranty, SWAGTRON will, at its option, repair the hardware defect using new or refurbished parts or exchange the product with a new or refurbished equivalent. This warranty is for one replacement only and does not cover items out of production. It explicitly excludes problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, such as road hazards, accidents, improper operation, or maintenance. Water damage is also not covered.
For warranty claims, customers typically need to provide proof of purchase. Return shipping for defective products (Dead On Arrival) is usually covered within a short period (e.g., 3 days of purchase), but for other returns/repairs, shipping costs may apply. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
