Warranty Terms
EMOVE electric scooters purchased through VoroMotors come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Refurbished models typically have a 6-month limited warranty. [14, 17, 18] The warranty covers parts such as the motor, battery, controller, and LCD display, but excludes damages from rider usage, misuse, neglect, or use under abnormal conditions. [17] It also does not cover normal wear and tear, screws, nuts, bolts, or damage from improper cleaning, water, or accidents. [14, 17] The warranty is non-transferable and begins on the purchase date. [14] Claims require submitting a receipt and photo/description of the issue to support@voromotors.com. If troubleshooting fails, an RMA number and prepaid label will be provided for repair or replacement, with a typical turnaround of 10-14 business days. [18] Extended warranty options (up to 3 additional years) are available through a third-party provider, Extend. [18]
Known Issues
Users have reported mixed experiences, including concerns about poor support, perceived low quality in some instances, and issues with performance on hills or in high temperatures.
