In the USA, a 1-year limited warranty covers key electrical components, with replacement parts provided free of charge upon claim approval. However, shipping and labor costs are not included. In Europe, the warranty can extend up to 24 months against defects in workmanship and/or materials, covering troubleshooting, free repair service, or replacement parts. For European customers, TEVERUN may cover repair and shipping fees in certain cases. Wear parts like inner tubes, tires, brake discs, pads, and fenders typically have a shorter 14-day warranty period. Water damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions) are generally excluded from warranty coverage across all regions. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. For purchases not made directly from teverunshop.com, customers are advised to contact their original purchase channel first.
Known Issues
Some users have reported issues with the companion app, specifically that accent lighting settings do not save after the scooter is turned off and on, suggesting a potential firmware fix is needed. Reviewers have also noted that the stock charger can be slow for the large battery capacities of some models, and the horn may not be sufficiently loud for high-speed riding. A slight dead zone on the throttle has also been mentioned.
