Warranty Terms

Solar Scooters offers a two-year warranty covering components such as the motor, display, and controller, and a one-year warranty on the battery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and is non-transferable. Exclusions include wearing parts (tires, fenders, brake discs, horn, lights), small parts, screws, and damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, modification, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. Any third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. Customers are responsible for inward and outbound delivery charges for warranty claims. Water ingress due to use in rain is not covered. For servicing, it is recommended to contact an approved Solar dealer.
