Warranty Terms
HALO KNIGHT offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturer and material defects for products purchased online and from authorized retailers. Specific electrical components like the battery, motor, controller, display, and lights on electric scooters have a 6-month warranty, as do basic parts for electric bikes. For quality issues within 7 days of receipt, HALO KNIGHT covers both parts and shipping costs. Between 7 days and the end of the warranty period, parts are free, but the customer bears shipping costs.
The warranty explicitly excludes damages from non-quality issues, water exposure (including riding through water over 4 cm deep), moisture, dirt, or foreign objects entering electronic components. Natural wear and tear of consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, and cables are also not covered. Damage resulting from misuse, overloading, off-road use, poor maintenance, improper charging or storage, and any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty. To claim warranty, customers must provide their order number, tracking number, product serial number, and a video demonstrating the issue.
