Warranty Terms

TEEWING offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers electronic parts such as the motor, controller, and battery. It is valid for purchases made directly on teewing.com within the European Union (excluding Malta, Cyprus, and EU-Outermost Regions) and the Contiguous United States. The warranty does not cover consumables, non-original or unauthorized components, normal wear and tear, damage from misuse (e.g., improper charger, water damage, extreme riding), neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, or unauthorized maintenance. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact TEEWING customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos. TEEWING may guide customers to perform simple fixes, direct them to official service points, reimburse repair costs from a chosen professional workshop, or transport the product for handling.
