Warranty Terms
KUKIRIN offers a warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase. The duration can vary, with some sources stating up to 24 months (6 months for the battery) and others 12 months (6 months for the battery). The warranty covers troubleshooting, free repair service, or replacement parts. It is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The warranty typically excludes issues caused by personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping the scooter), or modifications by unauthorized technicians. Wearable parts like inner tubes, tires, brake discs, and pads may have a shorter warranty (e.g., 14 days or one month). For claims, customers must retain the original purchase receipt and provide photos or videos of the problem via email. In some cases, KUKIRIN covers repair and shipping fees, but for issues not covered by warranty (e.g., water ingress), the customer is liable for repair and freight charges.
