Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
SmartGyro offers a warranty period of 3 years for products purchased after January 1, 2022 (2 years for purchases prior to this date). Batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty, while accessories and spare parts have a 6-month warranty. The warranty does not cover loss of battery capacity due to regular use. Warranty claims are processed through their support portal at https://soporte.smartgyro.es/sigar/. Official workshops handle warranty for issues like play, brake adjustments, and noises if they are factory defects and reported within the first month of purchase.
Known Issues
Commonly reported issues include minor play in the steering bar (Crossover Dual Pro), an electronic bell that is not sufficiently loud for urban traffic, a kickstand that may be too short (Speedway), and the handlebar not staying fixed (Speedway Pro). Some models have visible cables.
