Ducati Urban e-Mobility products typically come with a 1-year limited warranty covering main components such as the headlight, taillight, charger, frame, front fork, handlebars, stem, and battery. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or general use of the scooter. Any modification to the electrical or mechanical system of the product will void the warranty and related rights. Damage caused by the battery being left uncharged for a long period is irreversible and not covered.
