Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
ePowerFun offers a 6-month warranty for batteries and a 12-month warranty for motors from the date of delivery. Other parts may have up to 24 months warranty. [1, 3] A valid proof of purchase (ePowerFun or dealer invoice) is required for warranty claims. [1]
Excluded from warranty are damages caused by accidents, falls, operation not in accordance with the manual, normal wear and tear (e.g., wear parts), noises/vibrations that do not significantly impair driving characteristics, force majeure, improper storage, modifications (e.g., accessories, software changes), or unauthorized repairs. [1]
If transport for service is necessary, it is covered by the warranty, provided the customer ensures proper packaging (preferably original packaging) to prevent transit damage. Damages resulting from unsuitable packaging are not covered. [1]
Known Issues
