Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
VMAX offers an industry-leading 24-month warranty. However, this warranty has exceptions for normal wear and tear of parts, including brakes, tires, tubes, and batteries. Damage resulting from improper use, modifications, accidents, or mishandling is also excluded. Furthermore, damage caused by external factors such as fire, dirt, or water, or by substandard/improper repairs (especially those carried out by the user) are not covered. Customers are advised to consult their manual for detailed warranty terms and to contact support if unsure about coverage.
Known Issues
Some users have reported issues with the VMAX app disconnecting from the scooter. There are also user reports of issues with brakes, motor jamming, and battery wear on older VMAX models. Additionally, one review mentioned the stem-to-deck latch on the VX4 model being 'funky'.
