Purchases made on or after March 17, 2025, are covered by a 12-month standard warranty with free shipping on warranty parts. Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Service discounts are discontinued for these purchases. For purchases made before March 17, 2025, FluidFreeRide (under Alien Rides) is not legally responsible but aims to provide reasonable support, though part replacements now require paid shipping and 3rd party partner repair fees are no longer covered.
