Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
INOKIM offers a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, though specific terms may vary by model and region. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Certain components like the T-bar, main steering extrude, front wheel, folding mechanism, LCD throttle, battery, and main body may have a 6-month warranty. Customers are required to register their warranty online within one month of purchase and retain their original invoice. Regular maintenance, including checks before each ride, is advised to keep the warranty valid.
Known Issues
Common issues, often excluded from warranty if due to user fault, include damaged plastic parts, wear and tear on brake pads and tires, and damage resulting from abuse or misuse. Battery degradation over time is also a factor, though substantial deviation from expected deterioration may be covered under warranty.
