Warranty Terms
Qiewa offers a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for new electric scooter purchases and a 30-day warranty for open box/refurbished scooters. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in components such as the lithium-ion battery (6 months), frame, scooter stem, controller, handlebar, LED lights, motor, and throttle. Only the original purchaser is entitled to warranty coverage. To claim warranty, customers must submit a repair request, and if a component is deemed defective, a replacement part and instructions will be provided. Damages caused by user's mistake or altering settings are not eligible for warranty.
