BOESPORTS (BOE) provides reliable after-sale support and warranty coverage for its electric scooters. Warranty exclusions typically include water damage to the battery, motor, or controller; damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications; and punctures or damage caused by sharp objects. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The warranty is voided if the product is outside the warranty period, was received as a gift or free of charge, was used or stored improperly (e.g., falls, water exposure, overheating), had non-original software or incompatible accessories/modifications applied, was lost or stolen, or was purchased from an unauthorized seller. A valid proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
