Warranty Terms
Mearth provides a warranty that requires registration within one month of purchase via their online warranty card. The warranty is limited to the original customer and is not transferable. The frame typically has a 2-year warranty, while the battery, motor, main body, and controller have a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. Warranty claims require the original invoice or receipt. Exclusions include repairs and replacements of consumable parts like tires, inner tubes, throttles (unless part of the display), brake levers, discs, and plates. Damages caused by incorrect usage, maintenance, adjustment, riding under the influence, water damage (scooters are not waterproof), or unauthorized self-modification/repairs will void the warranty. Repairs must be carried out by Mearth or an approved retailer; third-party repairs without prior authorization will cancel the warranty.
