Warranty & Known Issues
Warranty Terms
Varla offers up to a 2-year limited warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects. The battery is typically covered for one year. To make a claim, proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required. Shipping charges for warranty claims are the responsibility of the scooter's owner. Modified scooters and batteries are not covered. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. The warranty is ONLY under the INITIAL PURCHASER. Corrosion on electrical components and damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including fatigue, are not covered.
