Warranty Terms
TurboAnt offers a 12-month warranty on electric scooter orders and a 30-day return and refund policy. The warranty applies to initial purchases by the original owner and covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Customers must provide photos/videos of defects for assessment. Shipping costs for returns after 6 months are the customer's responsibility. The warranty explicitly excludes normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., tires, kickstands, brake pads, cables, housing, chains, mudguards), scratches, cosmetic damage, and damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, modifications, or improper assembly. Refurbished products come with a more limited 30-day warranty for parts and components.
