Warranty Terms

MIA Dynamics USA offers a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) for its units, covering manufacturer defects. Parts and accessories are covered with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the shipment date. The warranty requires product registration and adherence to maintenance guidelines. All sales are final, and no returns or refunds are provided for services. Labor costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. There is no warranty for off-road units exceeding specified speed limits. Battery external warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer's office in Europe, USA, or MENA/GCC.
