Warranty Terms

Customers have a 14-calendar-day right to cancel a contract after receiving the product(s) without giving a reason. The product(s) must be returned in the condition it was initially received, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and promotional items. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product(s). Refunds, excluding delivery charges, will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date the returned product(s) are received. Mosphera may deduct from the reimbursement for loss in value if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by the customer. Returns should be sent to Ganibu street 157B, Liepaja, LV-3411, Latvia, or a specified partner distributor.

The rear fender design has been noted as potentially leading to a muddy back despite the scooter's IP66 waterproof rating. The rear suspension is reported to work ideally for riders weighing less than 120 kg, with heavier loads potentially limiting its effectiveness in filtering bumps.
