Warranty Terms

LEOOUT offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for six (6) months after receipt of the e-scooter. This warranty applies only to the original owner of an e-scooter purchased from LEOOUT's online store in the United States or Europe. The warranty period ends immediately upon sale or transfer of the e-scooter. Claims require a picture/short video of the issue, a description, order number, and platform of purchase sent to `leoout.escooter@gmail.com`. The warranty does not cover damage from shipping (though LEOOUT may replace components if notified within 7 days with dated pictures and original packaging), unauthorized service or parts, power surges, improper charger use, improper battery maintenance, normal wear, or water damage.

Known Issues

Reported issues for LEOOUT scooters include loose handlebars, a weak LCD mount, scooters sometimes shipping with a dead battery, and a complicated NFC start feature for the T85 model. For the SX10 model, the brakes have been noted as a significant downfall, with users suggesting they should be better for the scooter's speed, and that the wheels could have more grip.
