Warranty Terms
TOURSOR Official Store guarantees products to be free from major defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase. Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving the electric scooter. Free warranty is only applicable to first purchases from toursor-scooter.com. The frame is covered by a 2-year replacement warranty, while batteries, motors, chargers, controllers, and display panels have a 12-month warranty. Front forks have a 180-day warranty. TOURSOR requires photos or videos of damaged products for any replacement. If a replacement part is required, TOURSOR will send the part and provide the correct steps. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear and tear, charging with unsuitable chargers, improper use (e.g., stunt riding), or signs of tampering or damage to the battery.
Known Issues
Some users have reported a sensitive throttle, issues with uphill acceleration, and brakes that require a firm squeeze on the E5B model. Concerns have been raised regarding the legitimacy of the official website by some users, and issues with resellers concerning stock availability and refund processes have been noted. For the X5 model, a user reported a dangerous weld on the steering stem, lack of grease on bearings, poor screen visibility in daylight, and unsatisfactory warranty support from a reseller. The X8P model has been noted to have some play in the stem. For the X14, actual top speeds experienced by users can be lower than stated, though adjustments to gears can help.
