Warranty Terms
Levy Electric Scooters come with a standard six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. During this period, Levy will repair, exchange, or supply replacement parts at no charge. This warranty explicitly excludes damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear (such as flat tires, worn brake pads, or natural battery capacity reduction), loose joints, scratches, broken plastic, and water damage. Customers can extend their warranty up to two years, often available as an option during checkout or through partners like Clyde (offering a 1-year extension). Any repairs or replacement parts provided by Levy after the initial warranty period are covered by a limited 90-day warranty. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees (15% for new/unused, 25% for lightly used).
