Warranty Terms
HX Electric Scooter offers a 12-month warranty covering major defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A 15-day return and refund policy is also in place upon receipt. The brand provides lifetime service to the original owner against manufacturing defects, with warranty parts shipped from their China factory. Frames are specifically covered for 1 year.
